What we collect
Your game save. Your progress remains on your device. We do not upload your complete save, board contents or random seed to the measurement providers.
Optional gameplay analytics. In version 1.2, if you agree, our analytics service providers receive a randomly generated installation identifier and gameplay records such as sessions, active play time, orders, construction, progression, tutorial steps, free-energy offers and claims, and changes to in-game resources. Records include event identifiers and timestamps, game and configuration versions, and relevant progress and resource amounts. Analytics tools also process device, operating-system, app and network information. No account login is required.
Optional measurement with Adjust. After consent, Adjust measures installs, sessions, the first successful merge, first completed order and second sea unlock. Version 1.2 also measures cumulative active-play milestones at 10, 20, 30, 60 and 120 minutes. Adjust processes installation and device identifiers, including Apple's identifier for vendor (IDFV), IP address, device and operating-system information, app version, event times and campaign attribution information when available.
Optional campaign measurement with Meta. In version 1.2, after consent, Meta App Events measures app activation, the first successful merge, first completed order, second sea unlock, and the same cumulative active-play milestones. Its SDK also processes associated installation/session, device, app and network information, and may generate installation and session lifecycle records. These records help measure campaigns promoting our game.
The game does not display advertisements or offer purchases in this release. Our integration disables advertising identifier (IDFA) collection. It does not access your contacts or precise location, open deferred advertising links, or send purchase revenue.
Support. If you email us, we receive your email address and information you choose to provide, such as your device model, game version, problem description or screenshots.
This website. Hosting providers process IP addresses and request information needed to deliver and protect the website. The website has no advertising cookies, browser analytics or third-party scripts.
How we use information
We use gameplay analytics service providers to understand gameplay and improve game progression. We use Adjust and Meta to measure engagement and the effectiveness of campaigns promoting our game. Data sent to these providers is processed according to the applicable service arrangements and provider policies. Learn more in Adjust's privacy policy and Meta's Privacy Policy.
Website hosting is provided through Runway on Amazon Web Services. Our email provider processes support messages so we can respond. Information may be processed in countries where these providers operate. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect our services.
How long we keep it
Local progress remains on your device until you reset it or remove the app. Optional measurement data is processed for the purposes above, subject to our service-provider arrangements and applicable retention requirements. Stopping collection is separate from removing information that has already reached a provider. Contact us using the details below for access, correction or deletion requests. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve your request and meet applicable obligations.
Your choices
You can decline optional measurement and continue playing. You can change your choice from Settings > Privacy policy (Data & Privacy).
Turning measurement off stops new app-generated measurement and clears the app's queued measurement records. It does not delete your game progress. Measurement stays off for this installation. Turning measurement off does not mean that providers have deleted previously received records.
The app sends Adjust an erasure request, retaining its existing deletion workflow. If that request cannot be sent, it is retried. The app does not automatically request removal of historical gameplay analytics or Meta records.
